Genting Malaysia filed a lawsuit in the US District court yesterday, 26 November against Walt Disney and 20th Century Fox for not wanting to continue with the agreement to build the Fox World theme park 💢 💢
Fox had entered into the agreement with Genting in 2013 to develop what would be the first functioning 20th Century Fox theme park in the world. The opening of the park, which was set to launch in 2016, was delayed several times over the years.
Reports reveal that the park was meant to open this year but the date was eventually pushed to 2019.
